Volunteer Role
Terms and Conditions
The Volunteer agrees to participate in the SportsFanZone event as a volunteer, assisting with various tasks and activities.
- Volunteer Responsibilities: The Volunteer agrees to perform tasks and duties as assigned by the Organization, including but not limited to event setup, crowd management, and participant support.
- Confidentiality: The Volunteer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information or materials encountered during the event.
- Safety and Well-being: The Volunteer acknowledges that they are participating voluntarily and assumes responsibility for their own safety and well-being during the event.
- Photography and Media: The Volunteer consents to being photographed or recorded during the event and understands that such images or recordings may be used by the Organization for promotional purposes.
- Code of Conduct: The Volunteer agrees to abide by the Organization’s code of conduct and behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Release and Indemnification
The Volunteer releases and holds harmless the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to their volunteer activities.
